Use of art
• As the artist and creator i have the right to claim that whatever i did was done by myself and i can use it as such.
• It's completely off the table to use my art in any kind of merchandise (prints, clothing, stickers...), NFT, Artificial intelligence (AI) use or training, etc.
• Custom designs and similar can be resold or given to someone else freely. If sold the price should be the same unless theres aditional artwork coming with the design that time around and such.
• You can't claim you made the art.
• You bought the piece, so you have the right to use it any way you want that doesn't break the conditions already mentioned.⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻
During the commission
• For the sake of both sides, please be clear with what you want so i can provide it and give you the correct price before anything. Feel free to give as many references as you want or even your own sketchets. Anything helps ^^
• If you want to cancel your commission in the middle of the process, you get a 50% refund, and so on. If the commission its finished and you don't want it anymore, im sorry but there's no refund.
• If any extreme mean behaviour or harrasment is portrayed i have the right to cancel your commision with no refund.
• Once the commision is done, i can send it to you via a google drive link or gmail. Your choice!
